“ We used them to cater a celebration of life, May 18th. I could not recommend them more highly. From sitting down to decide a menu to the delivery and set up, it just could not have been better. The food was hot and delicious, and everything was included that was necessary to serve a meal. While at the restaurant, I noted that everything appeared spotless and the personnel was friendly and well groomed. Don't miss out on the carrot cake! “ I had the three chunk dinner with a drink. My sides were mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and an an additional side of tabouli. For 15 it wasn’t a bad deal. I wanted a little bit of everything and knew I wouldn’t eat it all so it was enough to save for later. The Mac and cheese needs salt and pepper every time which I don’t mind. I like getting to adjust to my liking. The mashed potatoes were one large scoop with a little bit of gravy. The tabouli was not the best. Large chunks of tomato mixed with small chunks. Really watery. I could have passed on that. The service was amazing! Friendly and happy to be served is how I felt. The inside was very very clean. While no one was in the drive through there were people making sure things were nice and tidy. Great place if you’re looking for some chicken and mashed potatoes! Highly recommend!! ”
“ Charlie’s Chicken came through in a pinch last weekend as we hosted a get together for 35 people and 60 showed up. Charlie’s delivered the initial order on schedule, and with everything we needed, from food and drink to utensils, plates, and cups. Even ice! A completely turnkey experience for a decent price. But the issue was the unexpected crowd. Fortunately Charlie’s restaurant location wasn’t far away so I zipped over and was immediately recognized when I walked in the door. They already knew I was there to order more, and not because something was forgotten. A quick visit about the situation was all it took and then the crew sprang into action. They had me out of the store in less than 10 minutes with enough food to supplement the original order, helped me to the car with it all, and saved the day. Kudos to the Sunday staff - all of them! ”
